The Oxford Strategic Partnership (OSP) is Oxford City's Local Strategic Partnership. This Partnership, co-ordinated by the City Council, brings together key individuals from the public, business, community and voluntary sectors in our local community to shape a vision for the City.
The OSP is chaired by Jackie Wilderspin, Head of Partnerships and Health Inequalities at NHS Oxfordshire. Other members of the Partnership include the Leaders of both Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council, as well as leading officers from:
The partnership is responsible for developing and implementing the Sustainable Community Strategy for the city.

The Strategy sets the vision for Oxford City and states the key issues for the city where the Oxford Strategic Partnership feels it can add value in the coming years. This can be summarised as follows:

Oxford City Council is also a member of the Oxfordshire Partnership, the county-wide Local Strategic Partnership. This Partnership acts as a forum for organisations with an interest in the economic, social and environmental well-being of the whole of Oxfordshire to come together to discuss key issues and agree priorities.
