Housing Suggestion Scheme

Please send us your comments, ideas and suggestions about how we can improve our housing services.

Our housing suggestion scheme allows our tenants the opportunity to suggest improvements to our services. Suggestions could cover anything related to council housing and the repairs services.

Suggestions can be anonymous if you want. Named suggestions will receive a reply. 

To suggest an improvement, either:

• email us using the contact details in the Contact Us tab at the top of the page.
  
• send a suggestion in the post to 'Suggestions, Oxford City Council, Horspath Road, Oxford, OX4 2RH.
• fill in a suggestion card and drop it into the red suggestion post boxes at Oxford City Counil, St Aldate's Chambers Interview Room, and Riverside Court.
