Tenants and Leaseholders' Contents Insurance Scheme

Many tenants believe that landlords automatically insure their furniture and personal belongings against theft, fire or vandalism and burst pipes. This is not the case. Unfortunately, many people only realise this after the damage has been done.

We make it easy for tenants and leaseholders of the Council to insure their own furniture and personal belongings. We have teamed up with Aon Insurance Ltd to provide a Home Contents Insurance scheme. You can download an application form below:

To print A4 size, you need to tick the "fit to page" box when you are asking it to print.

This scheme is available for all Council tenants and leaseholders.

Insurance payments can be made with a plastic insurance payment card at any Post Office, or by setting up a Standing Order with your bank. Payments can be made weekly, fortnightly, monthly or annually. Complete an application form and send to Wessex Administration Services.
