Environmental Protection Act (1990 and 2005)

Our Park Rangers are trained to issue fixed penalty notices for:

  • littering
  • dog fouling
  • fly-tipping
  • fly-posting
  • graffiti 
  • other criminal damage.

All of these offences carry an £80 fine or a court fine up to £2000.
