Advice
- If you, a member of your family or a visitor cause damage and we have to repair it, you will have to pay for the cost of the repair.
We need to know
- What is the problem, eg: cupboard unit, worktop or sink unit loose or damaged; drawer sticking or broken; knob, handle or catch broken; seal between worktop and wall damaged?

- If a worktop, is the edging loose? Is the seal damaged? Is the worktop burnt or chipped? What area is affected (approximately)?
- If a sink unit is loose or damaged, is the problem with the sink top or the base unit? On which side is the drainer: right or left of the sink?
- If a drawer, has the front come off, or are the runners damaged?
- If a knob, handle or catch is broken, what type is it, for example, ‘D’ handle, door knob, slam-type catch, ball catch, roller catch or magnetic catch?
